Mineral Springs is found in the southern part of Howard County. You can find its exact spot using these coordinates: 33°52′35″N 93°55′7″W / 33.87639°N 93.91861°W.
Arkansas Highway 27 goes right through the middle of town. This highway connects Mineral Springs to Nashville, which is the main town of the county, about 7 miles northeast. It also goes west for about 13 miles to Ben Lomond.
Another road, Arkansas Highway 355, also runs through Mineral Springs. It heads north about 12 miles to Center Point, Howard County, Arkansas, and south about 4.5 miles to Tollette.
