About Mo Beasley
Mo Beasley has worked for over 20 years in areas like race, manhood, and supporting the arts. He wrote a poem that was later turned into a play. This play, called ... Bluez, first showed at the New York International Fringe Festival in 2003. It has since been performed at many colleges and universities.

In 2004, Mo Beasley worked with Jerome "J-Square" Jones to publish the book ... Bluez: Poems and Tales for Black Men in a Post Civil Rights America. He also created a poetry series called UrbanErotika. This series was shown at places like the Bowery Poetry Club.
