Mo Jamil Adeniran (born 25 September 1995) is a singer from England. He became famous after winning the sixth season of The Voice UK. This win helped him get a music deal with Polydor Records. His first album, called Evolve, reached number 36 on the UK Albums Chart.

Before he became a singer, Mo Jamil worked at a hotel. He grew up in Warrington, England. His family background is from the Yoruba people in Nigeria.
Music Career
2017: Winning The Voice UK
Mo Adeniran tried out for The Voice UK. All the judges wanted him on their team. He chose to join Jennifer Hudson's team. He won his "battle round" against another singer named Diamond. After that, he moved on to the live shows.
Mo was very popular with the public. He was automatically safe in the first two live shows. On April 2, 2017, he was announced as the winner in the grand final.
How Mo Performed
During The Voice UK, Mo sang many different songs.
- For his first audition, he sang "Iron Sky" by Paolo Nutini. All the judges turned their chairs for him.
- In the "Battle Rounds," he sang "A Change Is Gonna Come" by Sam Cooke. He won this round.
- He also sang "Freedom" by Beyoncé and "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" by Bob Dylan.
- In the semi-final, he performed "Human" by Rag'n'Bone Man and was saved by public votes.
- In the final show, he sang "Don't You Worry Child" and "Iron Sky" again. He also sang "Beneath Your Beautiful" with his coach, Jennifer Hudson.
- His final song was "Unsteady" by X Ambassadors. After this performance, he was named the winner of The Voice UK.
2018–Present: His Album Evolve
On March 30, 2018, Mo Jamil released his first studio album. It was called Evolve. The album reached number 36 on the UK Albums Chart. After this, he left his record label, Polydor Records.
