History of Morganville
Morganville was started in the year 1870. It was named after its founder, a person named Ebenezer Morgan. The very first store in Morganville opened its doors in 1871.
The local post office in Morganville had a different name at first. It was originally called Della when it was set up in 1871. Morganville was also once a stop on the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad line.
