Mount Fisek facts for kids
Mount Fisek (which is pronounced FEE-sek) is a tall mountain peak in Antarctica. It reaches a height of 2,000 meters (about 6,560 feet). This mountain is found in the central part of the Bastien Range, which is a mountain chain within the larger Ellsworth Mountains.
Mount Fisek has very steep sides. Its northern, eastern, and southwestern slopes are partly free of ice. To its northeast, it rises above the Nimitz Glacier, a large river of ice. The mountain gets its name from Fisek Hill, which is located in northeastern Bulgaria.

Mount Fisek is located at coordinates 78°44′06″S 85°57′43″W. It is situated in a remote area of Antarctica.
