Munuscong Lake is a part of the St. Marys River. It is located in Chippewa County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The northeastern side of the lake also touches the Canadian province of Ontario.

This lake is like an arm of Lake Huron. Munuscong Lake has the same water level as Lake Huron. This is because it flows directly into Lake Huron.

Munuscong Lake is surrounded by land on different sides. To its west is the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Neebish Island in Michigan is also nearby. On its eastern side, you will find St. Joseph Island in Ontario, Canada.

The lake's surface is about 581 feet (177 m) above sea level. This is the same height as Lake Huron. The water from Munuscong Lake flows out through the DeTour Passage. This passage leads into Lake Huron.
