Making the Movie

The team that made the successful 2011 movie The Muppets mostly returned for Muppets Most Wanted. This included director James Bobin and writer Nicholas Stoller. The producers, David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman from Mandeville Films, also came back. Even the music supervisor, Bret McKenzie, who wrote the catchy songs for the previous film, returned to create new tunes.

Filming for Muppets Most Wanted began in January 2013. It took place at Pinewood Studios in London, England.
