Fozzie Bear is a funny Muppet character. He is a brown bear who loves to tell jokes. Fozzie often wears a brown hat and a red and white polka dot tie. He is famous for his catchphrase, "Wocka Wocka!"
Fozzie first appeared on The Muppet Show in 1976. He was the show's stand-up comedian. Even though he tries his best, his jokes often don't land well. The grumpy old hecklers, Statler and Waldorf, usually make fun of him from the balcony.
