Myfanwy Talog was born in a town called Caerwys in Flintshire, Wales. This happened on March 31, 1944. Today, there is a special plaque on the house where she was born.
Before she became an actress, Myfanwy worked as a teacher. She then decided to follow her dream of acting. She often appeared on Welsh-language TV shows. These included comedies and programmes for children. One of her well-known roles for Welsh audiences was Phyllis Doris. This was a teenage character in the comedy series Ryan and Ronnie.
