Exploring Nanum's Location
Nanum is nestled between two other places: Trunding and Evans Landing. It's also very close to where the Mission River meets the sea.
About half of Nanum's land is used for houses and homes. The other half is still natural and undeveloped.
Just off the coast to the north-west, you'll find Albatross Bay. This bay is part of a much larger body of water called the Gulf of Carpentaria. Nanum is also home to a beautiful sandy stretch called Nanum Beach. This beach runs along most of Nanum's coastline and even extends north into the neighboring area of Trunding.
A Look at Nanum's Past
