History of Narcissa
Narcissa has a connection to the famous U.S. Route 66. This historic highway once passed right through the community. A building called the Narcissa D-X Gas Station is a special landmark here. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This means it is an important place because of its history.
Geography and Location
Narcissa is located in the northeastern part of Oklahoma. It is about five miles south-southwest of a larger city called Miami.
The community is easy to reach by road. It is served by US Route 59 and Oklahoma State Highway 25. Also, Interstate 44 is just to its west.
