This win helped his team win the NJSIAA Tournament of Champions.

During his high school years, Naz was part of a group called "Jelly Fam." This was an online movement known for fancy finger roll layups. Naz was nicknamed "Big Jelly" because he played like a big player but with the flashy moves of a smaller guard. He was the only member of Jelly Fam to make it to the NBA.
