Neil Crone is a Canadian actor and writer, born on May 29, 1960. He is well-known for his many roles in TV shows and movies, especially for his voice acting. You might recognize his voice as Gordon, Diesel 10, and Splatter from Thomas and the Magic Railroad. He also voiced Dr. Chu in the Pecola series. More recently, he has continued to voice Gordon in the US version of the Thomas & Friends reboot, Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
Neil Crone has appeared in several films, including New York Minute (2004) as Officer Strauss and Hollywoodland (2006) as Chuck. He also played Chief Borton in the horror film It (2017) and its sequel in 2019. On television, he was Bud Topper in the children's series Noddy (1999–2000) and Ray Cooper in Really Me (2011–2013).

His Early Life and School
Neil Crone was born in Scarborough, Toronto, on May 29, 1960. He went to Sir John A. MacDonald Collegiate Institute. After that, he studied radio and television arts at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute. He then earned a degree in education from the University of Toronto. Before becoming a full-time actor, he taught English and drama for three years at King City Secondary School. He later joined The Second City Touring Company in Toronto, which helped him start his acting career.

Neil Crone is famous for his voice work. He voiced important characters like Gordon the Big Engine, Diesel 10, and Splatter in the movie Thomas and the Magic Railroad. He also lent his voice to Phillip the Concierge in an episode of My Secret Identity.
On television, he played Fred Tupper in the comedy series Little Mosque on the Prairie. He also voiced Robert in the animated show Iggy Arbuckle and Dwayne in Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race. Neil Crone has also written articles for the This Week newspaper in the Durham Region.
In 2021, Neil Crone returned to voice Gordon the Big Engine in the new Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go series, which is a fresh version of the classic Thomas & Friends show.
