Nepeuskun, sometimes called Nepeuskin, is a small town located in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2010, about 710 people lived there. The communities of Koro and Rush Lake are also part of this town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town covers a total area of about 93.7 square kilometers (36.2 square miles). Most of this area, about 82.0 square kilometers (31.7 square miles), is land. The remaining 11.7 square kilometers (4.5 square miles), or 12.50%, is covered by water.

In 2000, there were 689 people living in Nepeuskun. These people lived in 254 households, and 198 of these were families. The town had about 21.6 people per square mile (8.3 people per square kilometer).

- Koro Railroad Prairie State Natural Area: This area has a special type of prairie called a mesic prairie. It is home to many native prairie plants. This spot is important because it's on the edge of Wisconsin's prairie-oak savanna region.
- Mascoutin Valley State Trail: This trail used to be called the Rush Lake Trail. It goes right through the town of Nepeuskun. You can enjoy many activities here, like horseback riding, hiking, bicycling, and snowmobiling. It's also a great place to watch wildlife near the Rush Lake Marsh area.
- Rush Lake Access Points: Nepeuskun has two public spots where you can get to Rush Lake.

- North Access: This is another gravel boat landing. It is located off Osborne Road.
- Nepeuskun Anti-Horse Thief Association: This group holds an annual dinner meeting where they serve oyster stew.
