Nepeuskun, sometimes called Nepeuskin, is a small town located in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2010, about 710 people lived there. The communities of Koro and Rush Lake are also part of this town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town covers a total area of about 93.7 square kilometers (36.2 square miles). Most of this area, about 82.0 square kilometers (31.7 square miles), is land. The remaining 11.7 square kilometers (4.5 square miles), or 12.50%, is covered by water.
