Acting Career

Playing Gibby in iCarly

In 2007, Noah Munck started playing Gibby on the Nickelodeon show iCarly. Gibby was one of the main characters' friends. He was a recurring character for the first three seasons. In 2010, Noah became a main cast member for the rest of the show.

In 2011, he was nominated for "Favorite TV Sidekick" at the Kids' Choice Awards. After iCarly ended, there were plans for a spin-off show called Gibby. This show would have starred Noah as Gibby, working at a recreation center and helping younger kids. However, the show was not made.

Noah did play Gibby again in 2014. He appeared in an episode of the iCarly spin-off show Sam & Cat called "#SuperPsycho". Noah did not return for the 2021 iCarly revival series. But his brother Ethan did play Guppy again in one episode of the new show.
