Off Menu Festival facts for kids
Off Menu is a food and drink festival presented by Tatler Dining (Tatler Asia, a subsidiary of Edipresse SA). First edition was 2019 in Hong Kong pairing culinary trailblazers and Michelin chefs with their counterparts from around the world to create original, off-menu dishes that are not available at their respective establishments. The concept is seen brilliant: 12 stellar chefs in the Philippines will team up in pairs to create 6 distinct dishes. These dishes are totally unique that they’ve never been served before at any restaurant or dining outlet. It was then suspended for 2020 - 2021 due to Covid-19. As most countries have treated Covid-19 as endemic , Off Menu was able to resume and then expanded to Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Taiwan.
