The Ohsweken Demons were a professional indoor lacrosse team from Canada. They played in a league called the Canadian Lacrosse League. Their home games were held at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena in Hagersville, Ontario. The team started in 2011 and stopped playing in 2016.

Team History
The Start of the Demons
The Ohsweken Demons played their very first game on January 7, 2012. They played at their home arena in Hagersville, Ontario. It was a great start for them as they won against the Oshawa Machine with a score of 19 to 13.
Becoming Champions
In their first season, 2012, the Ohsweken Demons did very well. They finished the regular season with 8 wins and 6 losses. This placed them third in the league standings.
In the first round of the playoffs, the Demons played against the Brampton Inferno. Both teams had the same record. Chris Attwood scored an important goal, helping Ohsweken win a close game 17 to 16.
After this win, the Demons moved on to the Creators' Cup championship. They faced the Iroquois Ironmen in an exciting game. The Ohsweken Demons won the championship 15 to 10. This made them the first-ever Creators' Cup Champions!
Award-Winning Players
Many players from the 2012 Demons team were recognized for their amazing efforts. They received awards in the Canadian Lacrosse League's first season.
- Goalie Jeff Powless was named to the All-CLax First Team. He also won the CLax Goaltender of the Year award.
- Chris Attwood was also chosen for the first team. He was named the Offensive Player of the Year and the league's Most Valuable Player (MVP).
- Clay Hill, who used to play for the Buffalo Bandits in the National Lacrosse League, was named to the All-CLax Second Team.
