Orbisonia is a small town, called a borough, located in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2020, about 449 people lived there. It is known for its connection to the East Broad Top Railroad, a historic railway.

Orbisonia is found in the southeastern part of Huntingdon County. It sits on the northeast side of Blacklog Creek. This creek flows into Aughwick Creek, which is part of the larger Juniata River system.

To the southwest, across Blacklog Creek, is the town of Rockhill. A mountain called Blacklog Mountain stands tall to the east of Orbisonia.

A major road, U.S. Route 522, goes through Orbisonia. This road leads north about 10 miles (16 km) to Mount Union and south about 5 miles (8 km) to Shade Gap.

The United States Census Bureau says that Orbisonia covers a total area of about 0.10 square miles (0.25 square kilometers). All of this area is land.
