Oscar Polk (born December 25, 1899 – died January 4, 1949) was an American actor. He is best known for playing the role of Pork, a loyal servant, in the famous movie Gone with the Wind (1939).

Oscar Polk's most memorable part in Gone with the Wind is when his character, Pork, tells Scarlett O'Hara (played by Vivien Leigh) that the family owes $300 in back taxes on their home, Tara. This scene is very important to the story.
Oscar Polk was married to Ivy V. Polk, who also had a small, uncredited role in Gone with the Wind. They had a son named Oscar Polk Jr.
Oscar Polk passed away on January 4, 1949, in New York City. He was 49 years old. At the time, he was preparing for a big role in a play called Leading Lady. Another actor, Ossie Davis, took his place in the play. Oscar Polk is buried at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Maspeth, Long Island, New York.
