Osceola Mills is a small town, also called a borough, located in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was first settled in 1857 and officially became a borough in 1864. In 2020, about 1,045 people lived here.

Where is Osceola Mills Located?
Osceola Mills is found in the southeastern part of Clearfield County. It sits near a stream called Moshannon Creek. This creek forms the border between Clearfield County and Centre County.
You can reach Osceola Mills by following Pennsylvania Route 53. This road goes northeast about 4 miles (6.4 km) to Philipsburg. It also goes southwest about 5 miles (8 km) to Houtzdale. Another road, Pennsylvania Route 970, crosses PA 53 in the middle of town. It leads northwest to Clearfield, which is the county seat. It also goes southeast to Sandy Ridge.
The town covers a total area of about 0.33 square miles (0.85 square kilometers). All of this area is land.

Fourth of July Celebration
Osceola Mills is famous for its yearly Fourth of July Carnival. This celebration lasts for a whole week. The Columbia Volunteer Fire Company organizes it.
A special part of the carnival used to be a man named Jimmy Goss. He was known for pulling trucks while in his wheelchair! This amazing act drew many people. The parade and fireworks show on July 4th bring thousands of visitors to the town.
Community Services and Activities
Osceola Mills has a recreation park for everyone to enjoy. It includes baseball fields, basketball courts, and tennis courts. There is also a swimming pool.
The town has five churches and a public library. The Osceola Mills Elementary School is part of the Philipsburg-Osceola Area School District. Osceola Mills is also home to a semi-pro football team called the Moshannon Valley Vikings. They play their games at the baseball complex.
