Padre Hurtado is a commune (a type of local government area) in Chile. It is located in the Talagante Province, which is part of the Santiago Metropolitan Region. This area is also part of the larger Greater Santiago city region.

The commune is named after Saint Alberto Hurtado, a very famous Chilean saint. People often called him Padre Hurtado, which means "Father Hurtado".
