The Partridge River is a cool river located in northern Minnesota, United States. It's about 37.0-mile-long (59.5 km), which is like a 37-mile journey! This river is a "tributary," meaning it's a smaller river that flows into a bigger one. The Partridge River flows into the Saint Louis River.
Where Does the Partridge River Start and Go?
The Partridge River begins its journey south of a town called Babbitt. From there, it takes a winding path, mostly flowing towards the southwest. It passes by the north side of another town, Hoyt Lakes.
Joining the Saint Louis River
After its journey, the Partridge River finally joins the Saint Louis River. This meeting point is located south of the town of Aurora. The Saint Louis River is a much larger river that eventually flows into Lake Superior.
