Pau Riba (born August 7, 1948 – died March 6, 2022) was a Spanish artist from Mallorca. He was known for being very creative and working in many different art forms.

Pau Riba was born in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. He started his career in the 1960s. This was a time when many young people were exploring new ideas and ways of living, often called the counterculture. Pau Riba was a part of this movement. He passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 73.

His Music Journey

Pau Riba was a talented musician and songwriter. He played the guitar and created music that mixed different styles. These included rock music, folk music, and psychedelia. He was also part of the Nova Cançó movement, which was a style of music from Catalonia.

He released many records throughout his career. Some of his early works were EPs (Extended Plays) like Taxista in 1967. He also worked with other artists, including Maria del Mar Bonet and Lluís Llach.
