Acting Success
Paula Sage starred in the British film AfterLife in 2003. She played a character named Roberta Brogan. Her acting was so good that she won a BAFTA Scotland award for best first-time performance. She also won Best Actress at the Bratislava International Film Festival in 2004. In the movie, she played the sister of a character played by Kevin McKidd. Critics praised her performance, calling it "remarkable."
The film AfterLife also won the Audience Award at the Edinburgh International Film Festival in 2005. After this, Paula got a role as Donna McCabe in the BBC Scotland TV show River City.
