Peter Cellier (born July 12, 1928) is an English actor. He has appeared in many movies, plays, and TV shows. He is especially famous for playing Sir Frank Gordon in the popular TV comedies Yes Minister and Yes, Prime Minister in the 1980s.

Peter Cellier was born in Hendon, England, on July 12, 1928. He came from a family of actors! His father, Frank, his mother, Phyllis Shannaw, and his half-sister, Antoinette, were all actors. His grandfather, François Cellier, was a famous music conductor for Gilbert and Sullivan shows.
