About Pevita Pearce
Early Life and Education
Pevita Pearce was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is the younger of two children. Her father, Bramwell Pearce, is from the United Kingdom, and her mother, Ernie Auliasari, is from Banjarmasin. Pevita has an older brother named Keenan Pearce and a half-sister named Chelsea Pearce.
After finishing junior high school, Pevita attended SMP Al-Azhar 9 in Kemang, South Jakarta. She then moved to SMA Al-Azhar and later graduated from SMA HighScope. To further her acting skills, she studied at the New York Film Academy in 2011. She also attended La Salle College International Jakarta from 2012 to 2014.
Her Acting Journey
Pevita Pearce started her acting career in movies in 2006. Her first film was a comedy called Denias, Senandung Di Atas Awan. She became widely known after starring in the romance film Lost in Love in 2008. For this role, she was chosen from over 1000 other hopeful actors. Her performance in Lost in Love earned her a nomination for Best Actress at the Indonesian Film Festival in 2008.
Personal Life
Pevita Pearce has been in a few relationships over the years. She was with singer Anindyo Baskoro from 2010 to 2012. She has also been linked to other public figures. In 2024, she married Mirzan Meer, a businessman from Malaysia.
In 2014, Pevita had a medical condition that required surgery. She had the surgery in Malaysia in April of that year and recovered well.
