Pittsboro is found right in the middle of Calhoun County. You can find it at these coordinates: 33°56′19″N 89°20′19″W / 33.93861°N 89.33861°W. Mississippi Highway 9 goes through the village. This highway connects Pittsboro to Calhoun City, which is about 6 miles (10 km) to the south, and to Bruce, about 4 miles (6 km) to the north.
