Pittsford village is in the northern part of Rutland County. It sits a little east of the center of the town of Pittsford. The village is on high ground. From here, you can look down at Otter Creek to the west. You can also see Furnace Brook, which flows into Otter Creek, to the southeast.
Getting Around Pittsford
A main road, U.S. Route 7, goes right through Pittsford village. If you go north on Route 7, you will reach Brandon in about 7 miles (11 km). If you head south, you will get to Rutland in about 8 miles (13 km).
