The Story of Planet Sub
The very first Yello Sub sandwich shop opened its doors in Lawrence, Kansas in 1979. This original shop was the beginning of what would become Planet Sub. Later, the first Planet Sub franchise store opened in Overland Park, Kansas in 1998.
The company has always focused on keeping its original values. They still use freshly sliced meats, vegetables, and cheeses. Their sauces and bread are still made from scratch. Over the years, they have also added many new choices to their menu. Today, you can pick from more than 45 different kinds of unique sandwiches.
