- To the north, it is bordered by New York State Route 3.

- The Saranac River forms its southern border.
- To the west, it is bordered by the former Clinton County Airport.
Part of the southern border along the Saranac River also marks the line between the town of Plattsburgh and the town of Schuyler Falls.
