Point Piper is a small, fancy suburb right on Sydney Harbour in New South Wales, Australia. It's about 6 kilometers (about 3.7 miles) east of the main city center of Sydney. This area is part of the Municipality of Woollahra.
Point Piper is famous for being one of Australia's most expensive suburbs. In 2011, a street called Wolseley Road was even ranked as the ninth-most expensive street in the whole world! This means land and houses there cost a lot of money.
