Polar is a small town located in Langlade County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2010, about 984 people lived there.

The town of Polar had a post office that opened in 1882. It closed for a short time in 1887. The post office reopened in 1897 but was permanently closed in 1967.

The town of Polar is found in the southern part of Langlade County. Part of its southern border is next to Menominee County.
