Where is Prospect Located?
Prospect is found in the western part of Butler County. You can find its exact spot using these coordinates: 40°54′15″N 80°2′47″W / 40.90417°N 80.04639°W.
Roads and Nearby Attractions
A major road, U.S. Route 422, passes through the northeastern part of the borough. This road makes it easy to travel. It goes about 11 miles east to Butler, which is the main city of the county. If you go west for about 14 miles, you will reach New Castle.
Right next to Prospect's northwestern border is Moraine State Park. This park is a great place for outdoor fun and has a large lake called Lake Arthur.
