Quebrada Seca is a small area, or barrio, located in the municipality of Ceiba, Puerto Rico. In 2010, about 1,415 people lived there. It's a quiet place that is part of the larger island of Puerto Rico.

History of Quebrada Seca

Puerto Rico became a territory of the United States after the Spanish–American War. This happened in 1898, following the Treaty of Paris of 1898.

In 1899, the United States government took a count of all the people in Puerto Rico. This count is called a census. The census found that 820 people lived in Quebrada Seca and a nearby area called Guayacán.
