What Can You Do at Rabbit Hill?

Rabbit Hill has lots of space for skiing and snowboarding. It covers about 40 acres, which is like 30 football fields! There are 11 different trails to explore.

  • Easy Trails: About 60% of the trails are marked with a green circle. These are the easiest ones, perfect for beginners.
  • Medium Trails: Around 30% of the trails have a blue square. These are a bit more challenging and great for improving your skills.
  • Hard Trails: About 10% of the trails are marked with a black diamond. These are the most difficult and best for expert skiers.

The longest run at Rabbit Hill is about 800 meters long. That's almost half a mile of downhill fun!

Getting Around: Lifts!

To get up the hill, Rabbit Hill has 8 different lifts. These lifts help you reach the top easily so you can enjoy more runs.

  • 1 Triple Chairlift: This lift carries three people at a time.
  • 3 Rope Tows: These are simple ropes you hold onto to be pulled up.
  • 2 T-bars: These lifts have a T-shaped bar that pulls two people up the hill.
  • 2 Magic Carpets: These are like moving sidewalks, great for beginners and kids.

Terrain Parks and Snow

If you love jumps and tricks, you will enjoy the 3 terrain parks at Rabbit Hill. These parks have special features for snowboarders and freestyle skiers.

Rabbit Hill gets about 122 centimeters (or 48 inches) of natural snow each year. To make sure there is always enough snow, they have snowmaking machines covering 80% of the resort. This means you can ski even when natural snowfall is low.
