Rashad DeAndre Vaughn (born August 16, 1996) is an American basketball player. He played college basketball for the UNLV Runnin' Rebels before joining the NBA.

Early Life and High School Basketball
Rashad Vaughn grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He played his first three years of high school basketball at Robbinsdale Cooper High School in New Hope, Minnesota. During his junior year (2012–13), he was a star player. He averaged 28 points and 9 rebounds per game.
For his final year of high school, Rashad moved to Findlay Prep in Henderson, Nevada. There, he continued to play exceptionally well. He averaged nearly 20 points and 5 assists per game. His amazing skills earned him a spot in the prestigious McDonald's All-American Game in 2014. This game features the best high school basketball players in the country.
College Career at UNLV
After high school, Rashad had many top colleges interested in him. He chose to play for the UNLV Runnin' Rebels. He played only one season of college basketball, in 2014–2015.
During his time at UNLV, Rashad was a standout player. He averaged 17.8 points and 4.8 rebounds in 23 games. Because of his great performance, he was named the Mountain West Conference Freshman of the Year in 2015. This award goes to the best first-year player in the conference.

NBA Draft and Milwaukee Bucks
On June 25, 2015, Rashad Vaughn was chosen by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2015 NBA draft. He was the 17th player picked overall. He joined the Bucks for the 2015 NBA Summer League and signed his first professional contract.
Rashad made his NBA debut on October 28, 2015. He scored 10 points in his first game against the New York Knicks. During his time with the Bucks, he also spent some time playing in the NBA Development League (now called the G League). He played for the Canton Charge and the Westchester Knicks to get more playing experience.
On October 29, 2016, Rashad had his best game with the Bucks. He scored a career-high 22 points and made six three-pointers in a win against the Brooklyn Nets.
Moving to Other NBA Teams
In February 2018, Rashad was traded to the Brooklyn Nets. He played one game for them before being traded again, this time to the New Orleans Pelicans. However, he was waived by the Pelicans a couple of days later.
Soon after, in February 2018, Rashad signed a 10-day contract with the Orlando Magic. He signed a second 10-day contract but was later waived due to an injury.
Playing in the G League and Overseas
After his time in the NBA, Rashad continued his career in the NBA G League. He played for the Texas Legends and the Delaware Blue Coats.
He then began playing basketball internationally. He joined Igokea in the ABA League in 2019, where he averaged 16.5 points per game. He also played for Budućnost in 2020.
Rashad then moved to Ukraine, playing for Prometey (2020–2021) and Dnipro (2021). With Prometey, he helped his team win the Ukrainian League championship in 2021 and was named the Finals MVP!
In 2022, he played for Lavrio in Greece. He returned to the Cleveland Charge in the NBA G League for the 2022–2023 season. Most recently, he played for Apollon Patras in Greece from 2023 to 2024. As of 2025, he is back with Lavrio.
