Reginald Ballard (born October 13, 1965) is an American character actor and comedian. He is from Galveston, Texas. Many people know him for his funny roles. He played Brother Man in the TV show Martin. He also played W.B. on The Bernie Mac Show. Both of these popular shows were on the Fox network.
Reginald Ballard was a great football player in high school. He went to Ball High School and was an all-district linebacker. He even earned a full football scholarship. He went to Southern Methodist University first. There, he also studied theatre. Before his last year of college, he moved to the University of Missouri. He kept playing football and acting. He was in a play called A Soldier's Story.

After college, Reginald Ballard decided to become an actor. He chose acting instead of playing professional football. He moved to Hollywood to follow his dream. He has been in many different TV shows. Some of these include Veronica Mars, The Parkers, and Sister, Sister. He was also in Just Jordan and Raven's Home.
Ballard also acted in movies. He co-starred in the independent film Big Ain't Bad. In that movie, he played a character named Butch. Today, Reginald Ballard also performs stand-up comedy. He makes people laugh with his jokes.
From Football Star to Actor
Reginald Ballard was a very fast linebacker. He played for Ball High School. He helped his team have a great season in 1983. Their defense was one of the best in their district. They allowed very few yards per game.
He played college football at SMU for three years. Then he transferred to the University of Missouri. He said he fell in love with acting in college. He enjoyed "getting lost in a scene." He also loved hearing the audience applaud.
Ballard even appeared in a music video. He was in Big Sean’s video for "Play No Games". He played his famous character, "Bruh Man." He will also lend his voice to a character. He will be a Security guard in Monsters at Work. This show will be on Disney+.
