Reginald Becton-Buckner, born on May 12, 1991, is an American professional basketball player. He is known for playing as a power forward or center. Reginald played college basketball for the University of Mississippi, where he was a star player for four seasons with the Ole Miss Rebels. He holds the record for the most blocked shots in Ole Miss history. As of 2013, he ranked fifth in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) for career blocked shots.

College Career Highlights
Reginald Becton-Buckner played college basketball at Ole Miss from 2009 to 2013. He was a very important player for the team. In 2010, he was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team. This means he was one of the best new players in the league.
He was also recognized for his strong defense. Reginald was part of the SEC All-Defensive Team three times, from 2011 to 2013. This shows how good he was at stopping opponents from scoring. Before college, in 2009, he was named Tennessee Mr. Basketball, a big award for high school players.
Starting Professional Basketball
After finishing college in 2013, Reginald began his professional basketball career. He was drafted by the Erie BayHawks and the Santa Cruz Warriors. He then played for the Iowa Energy in the NBA Development League. This was his first step into professional basketball.
Playing Around the World
Reginald has played for many different teams in various countries. After leaving the Iowa Energy in 2014, he played in both Puerto Rico and Mexico.
Time in Israel and Puerto Rico
In August 2015, Reginald signed with Maccabi Haifa B.C. in Israel. He played there for the 2015–16 season. The next year, in August 2016, he joined Hapoel Eilat B.C. for the 2016–17 season.
He returned to Maccabi Haifa in October 2017 for another season. During the 2017–18 season, Reginald was the top player in the Israeli League for blocked shots, averaging 1.5 blocks per game. He also scored about 9.9 points and grabbed 5.9 rebounds per game. In May 2018, he joined Cariduros de Fajardo in Puerto Rico. He played for them again in 2018. In 2019, he played for Capitanes de Arecibo, also in Puerto Rico.
Adventures in Japan
In September 2019, Reginald moved to Japan. He joined the Yokohama B-Corsairs in the Japanese professional basketball B1 league. He played with them until 2022. In October 2022, he joined Earthfriends Tokyo Z in the Japanese professional basketball B2 league. He played there until 2023.
Recent Teams
In 2023, Reginald played for Santos de San Luis. He is currently a free agent, which means he is looking for his next team.
