Rhea Bailey (born on 12 July 1983) is an English actress. She is well-known for playing PC Mel Ryder in the TV show The Bill from 2008 to 2010. She also played Caz Hammond in Coronation Street in 2015 and 2016.
Rhea has appeared in many other TV shows. These include Chloe Simms in Crossroads. She was also Yasmin Deardon in the BBC school drama Waterloo Road. You might have seen her as Jade in the Torchwood episode "Out of Time". She played Jazz in the movie Credo, also known as The Devil's Curse. She was also DC Lisa Goodall in the ITV series Blue Murder.
