Rino Nakasone (born June 11, 1979) is a talented Japanese dancer, choreographer, and actor. She is well-known for her amazing dance moves and for creating dances for many famous K-pop and J-pop groups. Rino was also part of the dance crew Beat Freaks, which came in second place on the TV show America's Best Dance Crew.

Early Life and Dance Journey

Rino Nakasone was born in Naha, the capital city of Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, on June 11, 1979. She loved to dance from a young age. She got her inspiration from watching music videos by Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson. Rino would try to copy their dance moves.

When she was 19, Rino moved to Los Angeles, USA, to study dance. She worked hard to improve her skills. Soon after, she got a big opportunity to be a backup dancer for Janet Jackson.

Dancing with Pop Stars

In 2004, Rino was chosen by Britney Spears to dance on her Onyx Hotel Tour. After touring with Britney, Rino joined Gwen Stefani's team. She became "Music," one of the famous Harajuku Girls, and was praised for her dancing. Rino also danced for other artists, like Justin Bieber. She taught dance classes at performing arts centers too.

In 2009, Rino joined an all-female dance group called Beat Freaks. They competed on America's Best Dance Crew and were the runners-up, showing off their incredible talent.

Becoming a Choreographer

Rino Nakasone started creating dances in 2008. Her first choreography was for the South Korean boy band Shinee's debut song, "Replay". This was the start of her successful career as a choreographer.

Creating Dances for K-Pop and J-Pop

In 2009, Rino worked with the dance team at SM Entertainment, a big music company in South Korea. She helped create the dance for Girls' Generation's hit song "Genie".

She has choreographed for many other popular SM Entertainment artists, including Super Junior and BoA. Rino also created dances for Japanese groups like AKB48 and SMAP. She has even directed concerts for artists like BoA, Girls' Generation, Shinee, Taemin, SuperM, and NCT 127.

Other Performances

In 2010, Rino appeared in a dance show called "Siren Assassins." That same year, she joined The Pussycat Dolls music group for a short time. In 2015, she performed in two musicals in Japan, The Wiz and Asterisk.
