The Rivière de la Ferme (which means Farm River in English) is a small river in Quebec, Canada. It flows into the St. Lawrence River from its south side. This river is located in the town of Bécancour, which is part of the Bécancour Regional County Municipality in the Centre-du-Québec region.

River's Journey
The Rivière de la Ferme begins in a farming area. This spot is south of the village of Gentilly. It's also north of the Gentilly River.
From where it starts, the Ferme River travels about 6.8 kilometres (4.2 mi) (about 4.2 miles). It flows downhill by 29 metres (95 ft) (about 95 feet).
Here's how its journey goes:
- It flows west for about 0.5 kilometres (0.31 mi) (0.3 miles) until it reaches Chemin Saint-François-Xavier.
- Then, it turns north and flows for 2.2 kilometres (1.4 mi) (1.4 miles) to Chemin des Bouvreuils.
- It continues north for 2.8 kilometres (1.7 mi) (1.7 miles), passing west of Gentilly village, until it reaches Route 132.
- Finally, it flows north for another 1.3 kilometres (0.81 mi) (0.8 miles) until it meets the St. Lawrence River.
The Rivière de la Ferme ends by flowing into a small bay called La Petite Anse. This spot is across from the Gentilly flats on the south side of the St. Lawrence River. It's located west of both the village of Gentilly and the town of Bécancour.

The name "Rivière de la Ferme" was officially given to the river on December 5, 1968. This was done by the Commission de toponymie du Québec, which is like a special group that names places in Quebec.
