Robert William RisCassi (born January 18, 1936) is a retired four-star general from the United States Army. A four-star general is one of the highest ranks in the U.S. military. General RisCassi held important leadership roles. He served as the Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army from 1989 to 1990. He also commanded all U.S. and United Nations forces in Korea from 1990 to 1993.
