Roderic has played for teams like the Los Angeles Chargers, Las Vegas Raiders, and New Orleans Saints in the National Football League (NFL). He also played college football for Tulane.

Early Life and High School Football
Roderic Teamer was born and grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. He went to Brother Martin High School. During his senior year, he was a top player. He made 116 tackles, which means he stopped the opposing team's players many times. He also had two interceptions and one sack. An interception is when a defensive player catches a pass meant for an offensive player. A sack is when a defensive player tackles the quarterback behind the line of scrimmage.
College Career at Tulane
Teamer played football for four seasons at Tulane University. He became a starter at cornerback during his first year. A cornerback is another defensive position.
In his junior year, he made 48 tackles. He also recovered a fumble and ran it back 52 yards for a touchdown. A fumble is when a player drops the ball.
As a senior, Teamer was one of the best players on his team. He had 72 tackles, six passes defended, and one interception.
