Rodney Perry (born September 15, 1970) is an American comedian, actor, and writer. He is best known for being a co-host on the TV show The Mo'Nique Show on BET. He brought lots of laughs alongside actress and comedian Mo'Nique five nights a week from October 5, 2009, until the show ended on August 16, 2011.

Early Life
Rodney Perry was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Monroe, Louisiana. He first discovered comedy while serving in the United States Navy. He performed for some of his toughest audiences there! Later, he moved to the Bay Area in California. There, he worked hard to improve his comedy skills. His stand-up shows often include funny observations about work and the joys (and sometimes challenges) of having a big family.

For four seasons, Rodney Perry was a co-host and "Man on the Street" for TV One's comedy competition called Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes?. He has also appeared on famous comedy shows like HBO's Def Comedy Jam, BET's Comic View, and Showtime's Jamie Foxx's Laffapalooza. You might have also seen him on Chelsea Lately and Comics Unleashed. From 2009 to 2011, he was a main co-host on The Mo'Nique Show. He has also hosted other shows like The Rodney Perry Show and Off the Chain.
Movies and TV Acting Roles
Rodney Perry has acted in many films. He joined Tyler Perry and other stars in the 2011 movie Tyler Perry's Madea's Big Happy Family. He also worked with Tony Rock in the film The Last Laugh, which is a drama about comedy. More recently, he appeared in Coming 2 America in 2021 and Easter Sunday in 2022. On television, he had a recurring role as Rodney in the show Family Time from 2014 to 2018. He has also appeared in episodes of Love That Girl!, Tales, and Our Kind of People.
