Rodney Perry, born on September 15, 1970, is an American comedian, actor, and writer. He is best known for being a co-host on BET's late-night talk show The Mo'Nique Show. On this show, he brought laughter alongside actress and comedian Mo'Nique five nights a week. The show ran from October 5, 2009, until it ended on August 16, 2011.

Rodney Perry's Early Life
Rodney Perry was born in Chicago and grew up in Monroe. He first discovered his talent for comedy while serving in the United States Navy. He performed for some very tough audiences there! Later, he moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. This is where he really worked on his comedy skills. His stage shows often include funny observations about work and the joys (and sometimes challenges) of raising a big family.

Rodney Perry has had a busy career in comedy and acting. For four seasons, he was a co-host and "Man on the Street" for TV One's comedy show Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes?.
He has also appeared on many other popular comedy shows. These include HBO's Def Comedy Jam, BET's Comic View, and Showtime's Jamie Foxx's Laffapalooza.
