Rogers is in the southeastern part of Bell County. A major road, U.S. Route 190, goes right through the town. This road connects Rogers to Temple, which is about 14 miles (23 km) to the northwest. It also leads to Cameron, about 17 miles (27 km) to the southeast.
The town covers a total area of about 1.06 square miles (2.7 square kilometers). Most of this area is land, but a small part, about 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometers), is covered by water.
