Rotolo's History

Rotolo's Pizzeria first opened its doors in 1996. It was located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, close to Louisiana State University. At first, the company grew by opening more restaurants in Baton Rouge and other parts of Louisiana. Some were company-owned, and others were franchises.

In 2016, Rotolo's created a new idea called Rotolo's Craft and Crust. This new type of restaurant has an improved menu with special ingredients. They earned gold medals in the Pizza Triathlon and Fastest Dough Stretch. They also won a silver medal for Fastest Box Folding.
