Rowan Blanchard (born October 14, 2001) is an American actress. She started acting when she was very young. Many people know her from playing Riley Matthews in the Disney Channel show Girl Meets World (2014–2017). This role helped her become a popular teen star. She also starred in the action movie Spy Kids: All the Time in the World (2011). Later, she appeared in the TV series Snowpiercer (2020–2024) and the movie Crush (2022).
Rowan is also known for speaking out about important social issues. She supports many good causes. Time magazine even named her one of the "Most Influential Teens" in 2015.

Rowan Blanchard was born on October 14, 2001. Her birthplace was Los Angeles, California, in the U.S. Her parents, Elizabeth and Mark Blanchard-Boulbol, are yoga teachers. Rowan has two younger siblings, a sister named Carmen and a brother named Shane. She was named after a character from a book called The Witching Hour.
