Rushville is a small village located in the western part of Buchanan County, Missouri, in the United States. In 2020, about 225 people lived there. It is part of the larger St. Joseph metropolitan area, which includes parts of Missouri and Kansas.

Rushville was founded in 1847. The village got its name from the many 'rushes' (a type of plant) that grew thickly in the area.
