Salvador Settlement facts for kids

A Bit of History
Salvador Settlement was started in the 1830s by a man named Andrés Pitaluga. He was from Gibraltar, a British territory in Spain. Andrés traveled from Gibraltar, through South America, before arriving here.
Today, Andrés Pitaluga's family still lives in Salvador and runs the farm. Because of this, some people call the settlement "Gibraltar Station" or "Gibraltar Settlement".
