Samassi is a small town, also called a comune, located on the Italian island of Sardinia. It is part of the South Sardinia province. The town is about 35 kilometers (22 miles) northwest of Cagliari, which is a major city in Sardinia. It is also about 9 kilometers (6 miles) south of Sanluri.
